The Process
Consultation Meeting
At your convenience we will schedule a consultation to discuss our services and outline how we can hopefully exceed your expectations. This can be done in person, or a phone call/video call. During this call or meeting we will go over everything involved in the wedding DJ process and provide you with different pricing options and packages. At the end of the meeting we can give you in for a complimentary and risk-free hold on our calendar for 10 days to allow you to make a decision.
Making a Decision
If you decide to proceed with booking Beat Infusion, we will provide you with a contract to sign and a 10% non-refundable deposit is due to lock in the date. We can do this in person or remotely and can be paid via cash, check, or credit card (with a processing fee).
Planning
After you sign a contract Beat Infusion will provide you with a planning guide, and access to our planning app-VIBO. This provides you with some information and things to consider to help with planning. This also contains things such as what types of music you'd like to hear, and more importantly-NOT want to hear. We will ask details on the specific events and timeline such as the first dance, cake cutting, names of your bridal party, etc.
For music planning you can be as specific or vague as you would like. You can have a strict playlist or let the DJ use their judgement. This is all tailored to your individual needs for your wedding.
We ask that this is completed and sent back at least four (4) weeks before the wedding. This will give us ample time to plan and prepare song requests and work with the venue and event coordinator. If needed we will schedule an in-person visit with you to confirm the details.
It's Party Time!
You've spent months planning your wedding, so now it's time to relax and party! On the day of the wedding we will show up at least two hours early and check in with all the other vendors, and then we will begin our setup. Our goal is to be ready to go thirty minutes prior to the start of the wedding so that we have buffer time in case something doesn't go according to plan.
Our Services
Our services are broken out into a Core package and add-ons. We have put a few packages together of popular options but everything is customizable to your event. Like one package but want to make a small tweak, no problem!
While some of these options may look a bit overwhelming, they are broken up into three categories; DJ/MC services, Lighting/Special Effects, and Photobooths.
All events are based on a four (4) hour reception but can be extended to suit your wedding.

Lighting
Lighting is Key
Lighting has the incredible power to transform an event from simply beautiful to breathtakingly jaw-dropping. What sets Beat Infusion apart from other DJ companies is our unique approach to lighting. We go beyond the norm by custom programming light shows that synchronize seamlessly with the music. While others may have lights react to sound or rely on pre-programmed actions, our approach creates a dynamic fusion of sound and visual artistry that's truly exceptional.
Our lighting offerings span three captivating categories: Up Lighting, Dance Floor Lighting (Moving Heads), and Special Effects (Lasers, Smoke).
Up Lighting
Up Lighting completely transforms the room with color and adds to the ambiance of your event. Up Lighting blankets the room in radiant hues, enhancing the ambiance of your occasion. These lights are fully customizable, capable of harmonizing with your chosen color theme, transitioning gracefully through a spectrum of colors, or pulsating in sync with the dance floor's energy. Our options range from Four (4) to Twenty-Four (24) lights, to complement your vision.
Dance Floor Lighting
This consists of moving head spotlights. These can be used to put a spotlight on the couple’s first dance, speeches, and/or the wedding cake. As the evening evolves and dancing takes over, our Dance Floor Lighting steps up its game. The lights transcend their role as observers and become catalysts, coaxing your guests onto the dance floor. Their dynamic interplay and rhythmic movement infuse the atmosphere with an irresistible energy, encouraging even the most reserved individuals to join the festivities. Options-Two (2) or Four (4) Moving heads.
Special Effects
Do you want to give more of a Night-Club feel to your reception? Beat Infusion offers a Laser/Strobe and/or a Fog Machine. The Fog Machine can add a nice haze to the room to catch and accent the dance lighting-this can be settle or intense as requested.
